Verselle makes handcrafted wall art in Gurugram, India. This policy explains what happens to your information when you visit this website or place an order with us. It is written in plain English because it should be readable.
1. This website collects nothing
There are no accounts, no sign-ups, no contact forms and no payment processing on this site. It is a set of static pages. We do not run analytics, advertising pixels or tracking scripts, and the site itself does not store anything in your browser.
2. One third party: Google Fonts
The site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts. To deliver them, Google receives your IP address and basic browser information. We do not control that and we receive nothing from it. Google's handling of this is covered by the Google Privacy Policy.
3. Our web host
The site is hosted by Hostinger. Like any web server, it keeps standard access logs (IP address, time of request, page requested, browser type) for security and troubleshooting. We do not use these logs to build any profile of you.
4. When you order on WhatsApp
Every order button opens WhatsApp. Once you send that message, the conversation is between you and us, carried over WhatsApp, which is operated by Meta under its own privacy policy. To fulfil an order we will normally need:
- Your name
- Your phone number (WhatsApp gives us this automatically)
- A delivery address and pincode
- Payment confirmation — we see that a payment arrived, not your card or bank details
We use this only to make, pack, ship and support your order, and to reply to you. We share it only with the courier delivering your parcel. We do not sell it, rent it, or pass it to advertisers.
5. How long we keep it
Order details are kept as long as needed to complete the order and handle any replacement or support afterwards, and as long as required for tax and accounting records. WhatsApp conversations stay in the app until deleted.
6. Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Message us on WhatsApp or email verselle2026@gmail.com and we will respond. Some records may need to be retained where the law requires it.
7. Children
This site is not aimed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
8. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
